Guidance document for application of the EU Commission’s guidelines for monitoring and reporting of GHG emissions

Report no. 10/04: This document was prepared by a CONCAWE ad hoc group to address concerns from a number of member companies with regards to the level of uncertainty implied by the EU Commission’s Guidelines for monitoring and reporting of GHG emissions. It is intended for use by member companies and their national associations in order to assist them in their negotiations with national and local Authorities on this matter.
