First Expert EU Refining Forum

The first expert meeting of the EU Refining Forum took place on 1 December 2017 in Brussels. DG ENERGY organized the Forum at expert level, allowing a more in-depth discussion of specific topics relevant to the refining sector. Participants exchanged views on various issues, including the Clean Energy for All Europeans package and the impact of internal combustion engines on urban air quality. A high-level meeting of the Forum will follow in the first half of 2018.
