Import of Petroleum Substances into EU/EEA

Substances imported into the EU/EEA in 1 tonne or more per year either on their own or in preparations have to be REACH registered for their identified uses.

To facilitate the identification of imported Petroleum Substances, Concawe member companies have developed a “Shortlist ” of the commonly imported Petroleum Substances.

The list is made available for the Concawe members, but is currently under updating. Please contact your supplier or product_stewardship@concawe.eu for advice.
